Awards 2015 – Candidatures
Nos Awards inaugurales ont suscité un volume et une variété sans précédent de candidatures. 38 candidatures ont obtenu 8 896 voix dans les People’s Choice Awards en ligne, et le site internet a attiré plus de 10 000 visiteurs durant la période de 6 mois de la promotion en Afrique du Sud.
Les juges ont évalué le travail sur :
- Habitat – la configuration de l’espace architectural dans le cadre de la définition du Gain Social ; innovation dans la conception architecturale ; et la preuve de la satisfaction des occupants.
- Métier de l’architecture – l’exploration innovatrice de matériaux et techniques dans la construction du projet.
- Possibilités d’évolution de l’architecture publique – une opportunité de contribuer à la connaissance dans le domaine ; de façonner l’espace public ; et d’influer sur les décideurs.
- Qualité de la candidature visuelle et écrite – la qualité et l’imagination des canditature ont joué un rôle important dans le processus de communication.

"A hungry child cannot digest their education" Grand D. Fairley. Meetse-A-Bophelo Primary School is about 3600m² and designed to accommodate 1200 pupils. It comprises of 30 classrooms, an Admin block, Media Centre and a Nutrition Centre.
