Niamey 2000 is a 1700 square meter (18,000 ft2) housing development that was designed in response to the current housing crisis occurring in Niamey, the capital of Niger. By increasing density, the project proposes a new model for urban housing.

The design of the Nirvana Residences key words express general principles of the modern architecture like rationality, light, transparence. They merged into the african context with energy saving solutions based on optimisation of the natural lighthing, ventilation and the creation of a microclimate with pools, lush garden and pergola terrace.

Located in Accra, Advantage Place is a landmark office block for the oldest insurance company in Ghana. Conceived as a climate sensitive modern office building, it represents a critical view of the glass block typology, with a sculpted form, evocative of vernacular art and architecture in Ghana.

The new AML Corporate Offices is a winning competition entry and the first LEED certified building in Mauritius. Sustainable parameters such as sun & wind orientation and building forms have been integrated in early stages of the design to achieve first and foremost a passive sustainability.

Situated in one of Johannesburg's most densely populated neighborhoods, this clinic is an integral part of the urban landscape of Hillbrow. The Pabst design, a heritage site, is a gem which adds to the richness of this city. The project aims to breathe new life back into the facility.

Situated in Westbury, one of Joburg's many marginalized communities, Westbury Clinic challenges the norm of public facilities which are being designed behind fences. It advocates for public buildings to be open and generous to its users, creating internal courtyards and a street interface which becomes a backdrop for life unfolding.
