The Ultra Modern Rock city shopping Mall is One of the Largest Mall in the East African Region. The four Level mall houses state of the art cinema halls, Anchor tenant, Large and medium shops as well as food courts. The Mall has extensive surface parking and Ground parking too.

The 100-Plan gate was crafted as a modern transformation of the traditional ‘tukul’ structure native to the region where the project is located. It manifests a peculiar geometric object that carefully provides its visitors with an ever-changing shape and view.

Green Wall Onikan is a cheap icon, mixed use in program, it has a green roof as part of its offering. Military Street is a derelict part of Lagos behind the Museum. Our building uplifts the street and is designed wrapped with external meeting spaces to regulate interior climate.

Maryland Mall 'THE BIG BLACK BOX' is the first indigenous-designed shopping mall in Nigeria. The Building acts as a silhouette to the brand signage and LED advertising screen on its exterior, in contrast to, the light-bright interior for the magic of a retail experience.

One Airport Square is located in a specific climate and cultural context, that of Accra, in Ghana. In this project the most advanced technologies are balanced with the local tradition, using the most efficient design. All of this brings to a new idea of beauty: the ecological beauty.
