Notre projet vise la valorisation de Kouvé par la création d’un bassin, autour et sur lequel s’organisent les activités ludiques et de détentes. Il s’inscrit dans une approche d’attraction touristique et de développement socio-économique et culturel, un projet respectueux de l’environnement (utilisation des matériaux locaux…) et à charges maitrisées.

A house for a father and 2 sons, The brief argued for a flexible house with clear ownership division among the brothers with the possibility of ownership changes, in addition, the spaces should be flexible enough to accommodate future user changes.

The Moruleng Cultural Precinct forces a rethink of the notion of the rural cultural museum. The layering of new and heritage architectural structures and landscape are an integral part of the exhibition and narrative experience.

A minimalist and clean line design approach was followed to create a headquarters building for the South African Customs Union that showcases and represents all member states (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa and Swaziland). The building is intended to become a symbol of unity of the member states of SACU.

The Client requested a contemporary mixed-use building to accommodate his business and as a long term
investment. The building was to reflect his progressive innovative approach to business and to reflect the
positive progressive mood of the newly independent country.
