One grand Prix winner will receive the cash prize of $10 000 (USD). In addition, four trophy winners, one per entry category, will be chosen. All 20 short-listed entries will be invited to attend the awards ceremony.

My project is both another way of speaking about architecture and another architecture of speech.

The new headquarters for the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, located in the heart of Pretoria is a 5-Star Green Star SA certified building within a public-private partnership (PPP). The building’s efficient floor plate and civic gestures, speaks to its function as a building servicing the people of Tshwane.
