Britam Tower

BRITAM tower is a thirty storey 30,000sqm multi-tenanted development in Upper Hill, Nairobi. A 1200sqm square floor plate at ground level rotates through 45 degrees to exactly half at the penthouse. The glazed curtain wall is screened from solar radiation by a 'veil' of ceramic rods.
